Belle Ame Belle Ame 8 2PC2702-R

The Belle Ame / Belle Ame 8 2PC2702-R built by Cavco Emlenton is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section home with 1,203 square feet on a 44-foot frame. It’s the smallest floor plan in the Belle Ame series by both frame length and bedroom count — every other numbered model has 3 or 4 bedrooms on a longer frame. Both bedrooms sit toward the ends of the home, bookending a shared kitchen and living area. It’s the series’ entry point for buyers who don’t need a third bedroom.
