Owners Brian Burford and Bill Henry have put together a comprehensive team to oversee the entire building process. This starts from the beginning with Sales Manager Deb Myers, and Home Consultant Rick Beichner as they help you through the process of choosing your new home and options. Before finalizing on a price, Site Manager Randy Bell looks at your site to ensure there are no obstacles to getting your home in.

Once your home is completed, you are not forgotten! We have a full-time Service Manager Linda Hepler along with Field Service Manager Jack Nicewonger to make sure you are well taken care of. With our comprehensive team we make sure we pay attention to the little things that make your home building process a good experience. We assist you to get into a quality home that suits your needs and you can afford.

The Showcase Homes Team

Building a new home can be an overwhelming process. We do our best to offer the homeowner the best service possible and bring our experience and knowledge to the table.

The original sales office was established in 1958 and was owned by two generations of the Stehle family. We are going to continue with the dedication, great service and community service that has made the company successful for over 50 years.

Deb Myers serves as Sales Manager. She has been with Showcase Homes for the last 18 years and has 18 years in the banking industry. She currently is a Notary Public and a PA Dept. of Transportation Card Agent.

Linda Hepler serves as Service Manager. She has been with Showcase Homes for the last 18 years. She makes sure that the customers’ homes are properly cared for throughout the warranty process.

Rick Beichner serves as Home Consultant. He joined our Sales team in 2016 with 26 years of experience in home manufacturing, 16 of those years as the Service Manager in both manufactured and modular housing. Rick’s passion is helping people and he is excited to be a part of the Showcase Team.

Randy Bell serves as Site Manager. He has joined the Showcase team with 23 years of experience in the modular and manufactured housing industry. Randy inspects all home site locations and participates at each and every job site when a home is delivered and set.

Jack Nicewonger serves as Field Service Manager. He has joined the Showcase team with 33 years of experience in the modular and manufactured housing industry. Jack participates at every job site when a home is delivered and set.

We work together as a team. Our combined knowledge and experience allow our customers to feel comfortable that they are making the right decision for their housing needs.
